GE Requirements

Degree Requirements at Fresno City College

1. Complete sixty (60) units with at least a 2.0 (C) grade point average in all courses applicable to the associate degree.
2. Fulfill the district residence requirements:
   1. A minimum of twelve (12) units in residence at district colleges or centers, with attendance during the last semester prior to graduation, or
   2. A total of forty-five units in residence at district colleges or centers if not in attendance during the last semester prior to graduation.
3. Complete the General Education requirements
4. Complete the Major requirements

To complete a Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree at FCC, you must complete the General Education (GE) Requirements and the Major Requirements.
