From the South:
Exit Highway 99 at Highway 41 North sign (roadside sign reads
'Calif. State Univ. Fresno, next exit'). Go north on 41 almost 3
miles to McKinley Ave. exit (roadside sign reads 'Fresno City
College next exit'). Watch for merging traffic from Highway 180 as
you merge right onto McKinley exit. Stay in right lane, and at the
bottom of the ramp, turn right onto McKinley Ave. If you're going to
Ratcliffe Stadium or John Euless Ballpark, turn right at Clark St.
(the signal after you cross Fresno St.). Go up one block to
University Ave. and turn left. The entrance is on the right about
200 yards away. It will lead into the parking lot.
If you are going to the gymnasium/softball area, stay on McKinley.
Cross Blackstone Ave. and the railroad track (you'll see the south
edge of the main campus on the right). The next traffic signal is
Van Ness. Turn right and stay in the right lane (the street curves
left and then straightens). The next traffic light is Weldon Ave.
Turn right. One block down, Weldon becomes an 'L' intersection with
College Ave. Turn left, the gym is immediately on the right. The
softball field and tennis courts are behind the gym. If you are
going to the tennis courts, turn right onto Blackstone off McKinley.
Get into the left lane. Turn left at the next signal, Weldon Ave.
Turn right onto Weldon and cross the railroad track. The courts are
on the right.
From the North:
Exit Highway 99 at Clinton Ave. Bear (without pause) right; the exit
leads to the Clinton Ave. overpass. Turn right, take Clinton over 99
and go east on Clinton about 2 miles. One block after Maroa, a
one-way street going north (left), is College Ave. Turn right (if
you cross the railroad track, you just missed it), and go down about
three blocks, the gym is on the left just before the 'L' intersection
with Weldon Ave.
If you are going to Ratcliffe Stadium or John Euless Ballpark, cross
the railroad tracks and at the next traffic signal, Blackstone Ave.,
turn right. (You should see the stadium's light poles.) Get into the
left-hand lane. Turn left at Cambridge Ave. Go to the one-way
entrance gate about 150 yards away and turn right. It will lead into
the parking lot.
If you are going to the
tennis courts, turn right on Blackstone and go to
Weldon Ave., the next traffic light. Turn left onto Weldon
and cross the railroad track. The courts are on the right.
