Members of the community may qualify for a FCC Community Borrowers card. The cost of the card is $5 and is valid for 1 year.
Applicant must present a photo ID and 2 proofs of address.
Holders of the Community Borrower’s card can check items out from the circulating collection, in accordance with other existing policies.
