Elective Courses

Online Elective Courses

Elective courses are designed to assist Child and Adult Care Food Program staff that have direct responsibility and involvement with the day-to-day operation of the program. The aim of these courses is to assist staff in learning and mastering key skills needed to run a successful and efficient program.

The following online elective courses are now open for registration and are available on Canvas. For additional elective courses, please visit the Healthy and Active Preschoolers Web site. The following courses are listed under the Learning Center tab: Food Safety, Nutrition Fundamentals, Mealtime Environment, and Preschool Nutrition and Active Physical Play.
