The Veterans Resource Center at Fresno City College will be hosting its inaugural Veteran Resource Fair from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5 at the FCC Rose Garden area located in front of the Old Administration Building.
The purpose of the event is to introduce FCC student veteran population to the many resources available within the educational, employment, housing and health-care services in the community.
A few of the community service organizations that will be attending include the Vet Center, The Fresno County Veterans Service Office, San Joaquin Valley Veterans, the Veterans Employment Development Department. In addition, attendees can obtain information from several on-campus services that include Career and Employment Services to Disabled Students Services Programs, Counseling, EOP&S, Financial Aid and the Tutorial Center.
