A transcript will include all courses taken within the State Center Community College District (Fresno City College, Career & Technology Center, Manchester Center, Reedley College, Clovis/Madera/Oakhurst/Willow International Centers as well as other associated sites).
Students are entitled to obtain two copies of his/her official transcript free of charge in a life time; each additional copy is $5 and must be paid in advance. Allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
Students with outstanding financial obligations will not be provided copies of transcripts until the hold is cleared by the Business office.
How to Request a Transcript
Effective Monday, September 15, 2014, CSU Fresno will only accept electronic transcripts from State Center Community College District which includes Fresno City College, Reedley College and associated Centers. If you are requesting your transcript to be sent to Fresno State Admissions and Records, you will need to select the "Delivery Method" of US Mail and type the following information in the SEND TO fields:
NAME: CSU FRESNO
ADDRESS: Admissions and Records
Our office will then transmit your transcript electronically to CSU Fresno. We transmit files on Mondays and Thursdays each week.
To request a transcript online. Please make sure to read the instructions as you complete the form, as incomplete or incorrect information will delay processing. Online Fee Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover) or at the Business Office.
To request a copy of your transcript in writing, send a dated and signed letter (Your signature is REQUIRED) to the Admissions & Records office that includes:
- Your name (any other name used while attending FCC)
- Student ID number or SSN
- Current address
- Phone number
- Number of copies
- The exact address where your transcript should be sent
Payment can be made online (see above link) or at the Business Office. Please do not mail cash with transcript request.
Normally, transcripts are processed in two to five working days except during periods which involve holidays or at the end of each semester. At those times, students should allow at least 10 working days for processing.
Check-out your grades, by Term, by either logging in to WEBAdvisor or the TouchTone phone system at (559) 229-9833. Grades by Term are available on WebAdvisor from Fall 1998 forward, Touchtone is limited to the previously completed semester.
To request an Official Grade Report, please allow 5 working days for processing.
