Roseanna McKinney, Retired Training Supervisor for Santa Cruz Consolidated.
Nineteen years with Fresno Police Department with extensive experience in crisis call management and is a POST Master Instructor graduate.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Basic Complaint/Dispatcher Academy is a 120-hour course designed to satisfy P.O.S.T. requirements. Each trainee, after completing this course will have a general knowledge of Public Safety Dispatching, and understanding of the Criminal Justice System, in-sight into Telecommunications Systems and an understanding of the Public Safety Communicators role in Officer Safety.
