Establishing a Scholarship at FCC The charitable gifts we receive from private donors provides hundreds of scholarships to our most deserving students. It also reflects their commitment to education and the success of our students. We are very grateful to all of our donors and their loyalty. The State Center Community College Foundation manages these charitable gifts made to Fresno City College students in such a manner as to protect the value of the gift and to adhere to the guidelines designated by the donor. Donors can choose to award students based on field of study, academic achievement, organizational affiliation, financial need, and/or community service work.
