The California Department of Education (CDE) is offering the 2018-19 Mandatory Training for all Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) agencies as a pre-conference session at the annual Child Care Food Program Roundtable Conference.
Please note: You must register for this pre-conference session through the Fresno City College (FCC) Cal-Pro-NET Center. Registering to attend the Roundtable Conference will not automatically register you for this mandatory training pre-conference session.
The 2018-19 Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) mandatory training will provide an overview of helpful information to ensure compliance with CACFP meal pattern documentation requirements in California. Ten specific topic areas will be reviewed including infant menus, child and adult menu food items, menu production records, documenting creditable meal components, and many more. In addition, the course will provide an easy to follow check list with examples so that sponsors will pass a meal pattern program review with flying colors.
If you attend this session you will not be required to take the online 2018-2019 mandatory training in 2019.
