The Assessment Center will be offering TEAS Testing on campus in a limited capacity. Please complete the RSVP form below to book an appointment. 

1. Create an ATI login at ATI Testing Website. Do not book your appointment at the ATI website.
2. The ATI TEAS exam is $70 and you pay in the testing room on the day of the exam. Debit/credit only. No cash or check. 
3. Please enter only ONE submission for your TEAS test appointment. You do not need to enter more than one submission. If you enter multiple submissions than you will be taking seats away from other students. The TEAS exam will be held in HS-270, Health Science Building 270.
4. If you do not see a particular test date on the submission form, it is because the testing date has reached its capacity and cannot hold any more students.
5. We are only offering TEAS test version 7.
6. TEAS testing will resume in either June or July. Dates will be posted at a later time.
