Fall 2018 Client Satisfaction Survey
If you are interested in receiving services, please visit us in Room 216 (located above the bookstore) and complete a Request for Services form. The form can be completed at your leisure and must be turned in at the Psychological Services office in order to schedule a screening appointment.
All students of Fresno City College are eligible for the clinical services. In the event that a student drops their coursework, services may be terminated and appropriate referrals will be offered.
Students may expect to be greeted and be given a blue-colored form entitled “Request for Psychological Services.” This form is to be completed and returned to a member of the clinical team who will provide the approximate date of the initial appointment.
Psychological Services strives to be as responsive as possible. However, our clinical team is sometimes unable to treat all students immediately. We use a waiting list in which students are chronologically ordered. Students should expect the clinical team to offer them an approximate date in which therapy will begin.
Upon screening/intake, clients are informed of policies held here at Psychological Services as well as their rights as a client, the limits of confidentiality, and other information pertinent to clinical settings.
