Administrative - Support hospice office operations. Administrative opportunities can be include - Assisting with office duties. Making and answering phone calls. Writing personalized letters and cards. Attending local community events and health fairs.
Bereavement - Support family who have lost a loved one by making supportive phone calls. Visiting the bereaved at home. Attending memorial services. Assisting with bereavement support groups.
Direct Patient Care - Visit and support patients one-on-one. Direct patient care opportunities can include providing beside companionship, respite care for family caregivers, helping around the house and/or running errands and assisting with veterans' visits and activities.
Professional - Professional opportunities are provided by volunteers who have a special skill or credential to share with our patients and families. These can include Reiki/massage/other alternative therapies, music and art therapy, pet therapy and hairdresser/barber.
General Hospice Support - Create crafts and handmade gifts for patients to provide comfort, love and support. These can include knitting blankets and hats, creating handmade cards, assembling gifts for patients in the office and other crafting projects.

In this role you will:
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization

Required Qualifications:
