Disabled Students Program and Services (DSPS)

The Disabled Students Programs and Services office was established in 1970 to provide supportive services for students with learning, physical and/or psychological disabilities. DSP&S offers services beyond those provided to the mainstream Fresno City College programs and "enables" students with disabilities to successfully pursue their educational, vocational and personal goals.
