05/11/2018 My Portal Student Log-In Changes New log-in process through the Ellucian system. Review the New Log-In Instructions or contact the Student Support Help Desk at 559-499-6072 for assistance
10/15/2017 Waitlist Rule Changes Students are responsible for moving their own classes from their Waitlist to their Schedule AFTER receiving a Student email notification to do so. You have only 4 calendar days to register from the date of the email. Once your opportunity has expired, we will offer the seat to the next student on the list. This cannot be waived or undone. Check your STUDENT email daily if you are on a waitlist!
08/14/2017 Work Experience Class Registration Students must register for ALL Work Experience Classes in person at the Admissions and Records counter. Please have the Course and Section number and the number of units for which you wish to register as well as your government issued photo ID and student ID number. MA-19 students must also have the signed approval of the instructor. NOTE: RN and Autism Tech students can only be registered in RN-19 and AHLTH-19 through the Allied Health Division Office.

DIPLOMA AND CERTIFICATE DELIVERY DATES

Spring Grads:

Spring Grads will receive invitations to Walk at the Spring Commencement or Certificate Ceremony at the end of their graduating semester in their student email in Mid-April of that semester. Their Diplomas and Certificates will be mailed out in early August. 

Summer Grads:

Summer Grads Diplomas and Certificates will be mailed out in mid-October. Grads will receive invitations to Walk at the next Spring Commencement or Certificate Ceremony in their student email in Mid-April following their graduating semester. 

Fall Grads: 

Fall Grads Diplomas and Certificates will be mailed out in early March. Grads will receive invitations to Walk at the next Spring Commencement or Certificate Ceremony in their student email in Mid-April following their graduating semester.
