The choral music program is one of the gems on the FCC campus. These singers have represented the college at performances around the world.
This year, the singers have received a special invitation to perform as the spotlight ensemble on the stage of Carnegie Hall on June 15, 2019. The concert, titled “Reflections on Unity” and sponsored by National Concerts Ltd., will feature collegiate ensembles from around the country, performing together and premiering music composed for the event. Selected by audition, the FCC ensembles have received the distinct honor of performing a program on their own as a part of this year’s concert!
The cost of the tour for our 40+ performers will be approximately $2,000 per student. Please help our amazing and very talented FCC singers reach the stage of Carnegie Hall with your generous contribution today! Your donation, of any amount, will support the ensemble in reaching their goal of performing at Carnegie Hall.
The FCC Choirs perform throughout the year, highlighting music of many historical periods and world cultures. They have performed around the world, most recently in France and Spain and many of our alumni are now teaching in public schools around the valley.
