DSPS Mission Statement:

Fresno City College Disabled Student Programs and Services will create an accessible, inclusive campus environment using holistic, comprehensive, strategic services to empower students with disabilities and provide them access to pursue their academic, personal, and vocational goals.

DSP&S physical office is closed, but all of our service areas are available:

DSP&S front desk staff is available M-F, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., via campus phone or email to answer general questions regarding DSP&S services.

  • The DSPS Virtual Lobby staff are available for quick, drop-in questions. 
  • New Students applying to DSPS for the first time, or students in need of a Student Educational Plan (SEP) are encouraged to contact our Front Desk at 559.442.8237 to schedule an appointment.

Virtual Lobby Hours of Operation for May and June, 2021:
Wednesday: 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon; 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
