Transfer Center
The Transfer Center is designed to help support students in every step of their transfer process and increase transfer rates for students, with a special focus on our disproportionately impacted student populations as outlined by Fresno City College’s Student Equity Plan.
The Transfer Center offers students the opportunity to work alongside knowledgeable Transfer Counselors who can help you prepare academically to meet the rigor and expectations of your intended transfer university, assistance with submitting your university application, transfer workshops, meeting with university representatives and next steps to complete your successful transfer.

Transfer Thursdays
Transfer Thursday is an opportunity to meet with a Transfer Counselor on a drop-in basis; in front of the Student Services building or Stationed outside at the West Fresno Campus. The Transfer Counselor will be alternating campuses. Learn about the transfer admission process to a CSU, UC, or HBCU, and get general information about transfer requirements, application deadlines, and more. Drop-Ins
The Transfer Center will be seeing students on a drop-in basis every Wednesday, from 8am-5pm. To speak to a Transfer Counselor, visit us in person or call 559.442.8290 to be added to the list.

HBCU Caravan: Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026 from 11am-5pm in the FCC cafeteria. Visit with over 20 universities in attendance. There will be workshops, scholarships awarded and on the spot admissions. Register
