Admissions and Records Office

In the Admissions and Records office, we assist with admission to the college, registration,  transcript requests, update student records, student petitions, enrollment verifications, graduation evaluations, as well as issue and replace diplomas and certificates. 

We are open for in-person assistance! Visit our Web Room and Use our Computers to Apply to the College for for any Admissions and Records functions. 

Main Campus Hours

Monday through Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm

West Fresno Center Hours

Tuesday and Wednesday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm (closed 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm for lunch) 
Closed Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Visit main campus for services.

Online Services

You may request assistance electronically by submitting a Student Request Form. A staff member will respond during business hours.
