In the Admissions and Records office, we assist with admission to the college, registration, transcript requests, update student records, student petitions, enrollment verifications, graduation evaluations, as well as issue and replace diplomas and certificates.
The Admissions and Records office is open for in-person services.
While our office is open, you may still request Admissions and Records assistance electronically by submitting a Student Request below or by email. Personal student information will only be disclosed to your my.scccd.edu student email account. You must login to your Student Email account to submit your requests and petitions/documents by email.
We realize COVID-19 continues to present challenges for some of our students. If you are having difficulty with courses and need to withdraw due to extenuating circumstances, you may submit a petition for Excused Withdrawal (EW). Effective January 1, 2022, petitions for EW due to Extenuating Circumstances (including COVID-19) will require supporting documentation.
If you are a Current Student or a Former Student, and need other Admissions and Records assistance, complete the Current or Former Student Request, and a staff member from Admissions and Records will respond. Use this form to request assistance with:
- Registration (add/drop/repeats)
- AB540 & Residency Reclassification
- Evaluation for graduation
- Transcripts and Enrollment Verifications
- Academic records petitions and updates
Use the direct email links below to submit petitions and other documents.
