Early College for High School Students

Students have two options for taking college courses at FCC while you are still in high school: dual enrollment pathways or high school enrichment. If you plan to take classes through FCC both while in high school and after high school, make sure to review the steps for all applicable groups, including the Graduating Seniors steps.

Differences Between Dual Enrollment Pathways and High School Enrichment

Who are the students' classmates? Typically, only other high school students Regularly admitted college students
When can students register? Before the class begins During the semester’s “Open Registration”
How many units can be taken? Up to 15 units Up to 11 units
