Parking Permits, Parking Tickets, Shuttle, and Bus Passes

A parking or daily permit will be required to park on campus. Faculty and Staff may purchase a semester or annual permit. Students can only purchase semester permits. A Parking Permit will be required for the Fall 2023 Semester at all SCCCD Campuses.

The Semester’s permit must be displayed in plain view with all numbers and markings clearly visible. All privately owned vehicles parked at any SCCCD campus must conspicuously display a valid permit through the windshield. A registered motorcycle must correctly display its registered license plate.

Parking permits are required to park on campus. Daily, semester, or annual permits can be purchased.

Parking Permits

SCCCD has partnered with Parking Management Bureau (PMB) to offer students, faculty, and Staff the convenience of purchasing parking permits online. You can buy your semester parking permit by visiting mycampuspermit.com on your smartphone, laptop, or desktop. Faculty and Staff will have the option to purchase an annual permit.

Students, Faculty, and Staff must create an account on mycampuspermit.com and provide their vehicle’s License Plate Number, Make, Model, and Color. Failure to obtain a valid parking permit will result in a citation. For help with your permit, call 1.800.700.4417 or visit mycampuspermit.com

All parking permits can be purchased online at mycampuspermit.com. You can seek help regarding parking permits at the Business Office.

Daily permits can be purchased online at mycampuspermit.com for $1 and may be used to park in any stall, with the exception of stalls designated for the Disabled, EV Vehicle, Motorcycle, Staff, and those marked red or green.

  • Fall permits ($30) are available for sale starting July 1
  • Spring permits ($30) are available for sale starting December 1
  • Summer permits ($20) are available for sale starting May 1
  • Annual Staff Permits ($80.00) are available for sale Starting July 1, 2023.

Motorcycles

Motorcycles park for free in the motorcycle parking areas, but the vehicle must be registered with mycampuspermit.com.

Grace Period

Enforcement for parking permits will begin on the first day of class. A one-week grace period is only granted in Student Parking Lots.

Parking Tickets

The State Center Community College District Police Department is responsible for the enforcement of the Policy Governing Operations of a Motor Vehicle on College Campus.

Fines

  • Parking without a permit (initial fine): $16
    • Parking without a permit (if initial fine is not paid): $40
  • Parking in disabled parking without Disabled Permit (initial fine): $250
    • Parking in disabled parking without Disabled Permit (if initial fine is not paid): $275

Free Bus Passes

The Fresno Area Express (FAX) transit system and Fresno City College will again be offering free bus passes for FCC students who have an Associated Student Body Card (ASB).  Students can purchase the card beginning August 7, 2023 in the Business Office or the Student Activities Office for $5.
