Be A Part Of Our Job Fairs

To receive invitations to our job fairs, please provide your employer's name, contact person, phone number and email address to Martin Herb at cec.fresnocitycollege.edu. 

Invitations will be emailed out approximately six weeks prior to each event. We encourage all employers to participate who are looking to hire for internships, volunteer assignments, seasonal, part-time and full-time positions.

On Campus Job & Career Expos - We host on campus Job & Career Expos for the fall and spring semesters. Students and alumni from all majors attend with the goal in mind of learning about various employment industries and seeking employment. You will have the opportunity to meet students and alumni in person, provide them information, accept their resumes, do on the spot interviews and more. 

Our event (weather permitting) takes place outside at the Main Fountain area, the College or University Malls. If weather is a factor, the event will be held inside the FCC cafeteria. Space is limited. 

Our next on campus job fair event will be Thursday, October 16, 2025. 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. University Mall (outside). To receive an invitation please email the name of your employer, contact name, phone number and email address to Martin Herb at cec@fresnocitycollege.edu.

 

Our seasonal virtual job fair starts Monday, September 29, 2025 and will go thru Friday, November 7, 2025. Participating employers will be highlighted on our website with information about open positions (linked to job descriptions and application if requested), preferred application process and other information employers need students and alumni to know. Specialized On Campus Recruitment - If you are needing to recruit but our job fairs are not happening at the time you need them to, don't worry, we can set up a specialized-on campus recruitment any time during the semester with exceptions of the first and last two weeks of the semester.  Recruitments take place on our campus near the Main Fountain Area on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays. Times are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. but hours can be flexible. Our office will provide a tent, table, two chairs and a red tablecloth. We encourage employers to bring marketing items to attract students attention. Also job information etc. A fee may apply if promotional items such as flyers, posters and more have been requested and created by CEC. A 15-day notice is required to reserve a spot.
