The English for Multi Lingual Students (EMLS) department offers classes and services for students whose first language is not English.

High School Equivalency

Tuition free High School Equivalency Preparation Classes (HiSET) for students who want to get their credential which is equivalent to a high school diploma in California.

Technical Training Programs

Fresno City College offers a variety of for-credit and non-credit courses in workforce preparation. Student will have the opportunity to build job-specific technical training.
