This is a graduation and completion celebration for Asian & Pacific Islander students and their families.
The 4th Annual Asian Pacific Islander Celebration of Success (APICS) will be held on:
Saturday, May 12, 2018
Ceremony: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Fresno City College Old Administration Building (OAB) East Courtyard
Students who are graduating with an Associate’s Degree, completing a Certificate Program, or transferring to a four-year college or university. Students who completed their studies in Fall 2017, or who will complete their studies in Spring or Summer 2018, are encouraged to participate.
To participate in the 2018 Asian Pacific Islander Celebration of Success, students must complete and submit the free registration form online before May 11, 2018.
No cap and gown is required, but students are asked to dress in formal attire. Alternatively, students are encouraged to dress in formal attire representative of their culture.
Admission to the celebration is free of cost.
There will be free/relaxed parking available in campus parking lots. Light Snacks and Refreshments will be provided.
Guests with Hearing Impairments: Sign-language interpretation services will be available throughout the celebration and an interpreter will be positioned on stage.
Handicapped seating will be available.
Official photographs of the event will be taken by an APICS photographer. Soon after the event, the photos will be posted on the various social media pages for students to view and print at their own convenience.
