Adult Transition Program (ATP)

About the Program

The purpose of this Fresno Unified School District (FUSD) special education program is to provide training, support, and an educational program to individuals with developmental disabilities between the ages of 18 to 22 years.

ATP is a partnership with FUSD, that provides eligible students the opportunity to learn valuable skillsets that promote independence.

ATP collaborates with community agencies such as Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC), Resources for Independence, and Department of Rehab to support students’ transition from ATP into their post-educational life.
