The dancing, food and fun is back on Friday, September 23 from 6 – 10 pm in the Old Administration Building East Courtyard. This exciting and festive event is back after our two-year hiatus.
Dance the night away in the breathtaking setting of the historic Old Administrative Building. Bring your dancing shoes and plan to have a great time under the stars. You are bound to meet new friends on the dance floor at this popular event.
The $40 admission ($75 for two) includes a complimentary drink ticket and a wide variety of delicious food. Visit the two bars serving beer and wine. Additional drink tickets are $7 per drink or $20 for three.
CityFest is a campus-based fundraiser for student scholarships. This year’s goal is fully endow the Monica Criado-Cuevas Counseling Dean’s Medallion scholarship. Named for Monica Criado-Cuevas, FCC’s Dean of Counseling who passed away in December 2021, the Dean’s Medallion is awarded to an outstanding graduate in May of each year who exemplifies the qualities of hard work, determination, and academic excellence.
CityFest chairperson Ernie Garcia invites all to join the cause of supporting college students. “CityFest creates a sense of community. Everyone involved, including our partners and sponsors, are clearly committed to helping our students,” Garcia said.
