Although we cannot meet in person this year, please join us for a virtual event featuring entertainment from our students and faculty! The arts are alive at Fresno City College and Friends of the Arts is here to continue supporting our students through these uncertain times. We appreciate your patronage and continued support of the work we do.
The Friends of the Arts organization has supported arts activities on the City College campus for over 30 years!
Normally, the annual Toasting the Arts dinner and auction brings our membership together for an evening of music by our FCC student musicians, fine dining, and an auction under the stars in the beautiful courtyard of the Old Administration Building. Funds raised at this event provide scholarships to students in all departments of the Fine, Performing and Communication Arts and have supported some of FCC’s most treasured arts events: National Dance Day celebration, City Jazz Festival, Space Art Gallery events, Storytelling Festival, Theatre productions, Choral Music instruments, Guitar Festival performances and so much more.
Membership in Friends of the Arts is open to everyone. For more information please email: Jennifer Mtunga
Your attendance and/or donations makes a difference to so many in the arts at FCC!
We appreciate your support!
We look forward to seeing you in person again at our 2021 Toasting the Arts on October 16, 2021!
