Real Estate Courses

Jul 25, 2017

Students interested in getting a jump start in the real estate profession should look no further than Fresno City College! This upcoming fall semester the college is offering two courses, RE 40 – Real Estate Principals and RE 41 – Real Estate Practice, introducing prospective students to real estate. These two courses will offer an opportunity to hear from leading industry professionals in the Central Valley about the real estate market and trends.

Instructor Gary Carter says now is a good time to look into the real estate profession.

“The economy is doing great,” Carter said. “It’s a good time to get into real estate and there are more millennials getting into the profession.”

In addition, students will be able to go on field trips attending auctions and looking at fixer upper properties, according to Carter.

Students can obtain a certificate or take the appropriate course load to transfer. Carter pointed out that the two courses will also help students prepare for the California Real Estate and Broker’s licenses examinations.

Start your real estate profession either as a homeowner or investor today by enrolling in Real Estate courses at Fresno City College; if you have any questions, you can call the Business Division
