We provide the following services: budget oversight, student hiring, coordination of classified transactions, distribution of room keys/staff-FOB ID badges, and facilities reservations and rentals.

Services

  • Budget Oversight - review and monitor general fund budget and grants. Provide fiscal training.
  • Student Hiring - conduct & process new hire orientations, issue time sheets, and process payroll.
  • Classified HR - initiate personnel action forms for hiring campus-wide.
  • Key/Staff ID-FOB Distribution - issue room, building, and auxiliary keys or Staff ID/FOB badges to staff, administrators, and faculty.
  • Facilities Reservations and Rentals - book reservations for campus facility requests for the campus and community.

ADMIN - Glynna

Glynna Billings

Glynna Billings is an accomplished accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, graduating with honors. With nearly 12 years of experience as the District Accounting Manager, Glynna has played a pivotal role in overseeing the district's accounting operations. This includes managing accounting, payroll, accounts payables, and receivables. 

Glynna has spearheaded the development of the district's Accounting Guidelines, ensuring compliance and consistency districtwide in financial processes. Her expertise also extends to managing the district's external audit, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and transparency. Glynna is passionate about working collaboratively to resolve business challenges and improve organizational performance. 

Glynna enjoys traveling and is an avid tennis player. She is close to completing the first draft of a novel detailing the journey of her third-great grandparents from Ireland to America during the potato famine.
