Dr. Daniel Kwasniewski is a physical chemist with a background in teaching and research involving the spectroscopy and imaging of hydrogen bonded chemical species. Dr. Dan is originally from the east coast where he attended Alvernia University and discovered his love of teaching through community-oriented science demonstrations and workshops.  Moving to California in 2013, he went on the University of Southern California (USC) to earn his doctorate degree. While earning his degree, he was award multiple teaching and service awards and was named the Anton B. Burg Teaching Fellow. Following his graduation from USC, Dr. Dan was a Chemistry faculty member at Pasadena City College and at Whittier College as well as the head coach of the USC Archery Team. Dr. Dan joined the Chemistry department at Fresno City College in Fall of 2022.
